Supercheap Bayswater. Friendly and knowledgeable team members. I walk into the store for a specific reason to buy a cloth but somehow all theses other wonderful products that I didn’t even know I needed before I enter wanted to and did come home with me as well. Love it.

Went there to get battery replaced. I told the Jake that I left my car running because I do not know if the car will turn on again and I need the battery changed. Jake decided to run a battery test without checking if he has that battery in stock and asked to turn my car off and find out if it will turn back on again. After the test, he told me that the battery needed to be changed. I already knew this and that is why I went there in the first place after Road Side assist could not change the battery.He asked to check if other stores have the battery that I need. I checked and there was one about 15km from his location. Well I need to be jumpstarted again and he would not do it. His manager is also a joke did not admit fault that they should have checked stock before turning my car off.Such lack of knowledge and professionalism.The worst thing, when i asked them if this was the first time. The manager proudly said no. They do this consistently to customers in my situation.

Great store with extensive range of products, staff friendly and had our click and collect order ready to go, very helpful with advice on product purchase, not near my home but worth the drive for the service recieved

Amazing customer service! These guys went above and beyond they're job descriptions to help me out. Even gave me a cold bottle of water on the way out, knowing my mate and I were off to fix my mates car in the heat on a 36'c day. Thanks guys!!
