They all looked wonderful, especially when I’d been banging my head trying to find something myself - very slow, very frustrating, very time consuming. I had doubts I’d be able to buy something as nice that was affordable, but I hoped, and it felt good having someone in batting for me. Well the planets must have all aligned, because it wasn’t long before Tracy found me something I thought was fantastic and I put in an offer and got the house. Tracy helped me each step of the way. Tracy achieved a fantastic outcome on our purchase of an acreage property in western Brisbane. Our new home not only meets all of the (extensive) requirements we set out for Tracy, but far exceeds what we could have expected. Without Tracy's help it is unlikely we would have been able to buy this property and certainly not at the significant discount that Tracy negotiated (which covered her very reasonable fees many times over).Tracy is highly professional, responsive and attentive. I worked with Tracy and Brianna to help me purchase my first property. They were both extremely helpful and went over and above to firstly search and investigate a large number of properties to give me comfort about what was on the market and they used their significant experience to provide useful insights in to why I would want to invest in particular properties/locations.We had some difficulties during the buying process due to missing information on the sellers side but Tracy was awesome in tracking down what we needed to know and she crafted the clauses in the contract in such a way that we were able to provide good protections in case of any delays.As it was my first property Tracy also talked me through the finer details and stepped me through everything.
