I looked up the website. All good....they can do almost anything in timber. So I went down there to get some sleeper timber. I asked them to cut it for me. All bad.....they could not do a 45 degree cut. Completely wasted my time.I ask you. How can a timber supplier with such a wonderful

At arriving to the yard, I entered the main building of business to indicate to the staff that my partner and I where going to be looking through the 100 x 100 hardwood posts for a substantial fence my partner and I have been building. On this day we where looking for at least 9 posts. After taking the time to inspect approx 20 - 30 posts and neatly re-stack all but 2, I asked a Fork lift driver to bring down a new pack to look at. He point blank refused my request and used aggressive profanity to indicate that he wouldn't help me. My partner and I re-stacked the only 2 posts we found suitable for the job and I went back into the main building to speak to management about my experience. I was left waiting for approx 20mins with no attention from management, I eventually walked out.I've since had to use this business for some supplies (begrudgingly). It is what it is.

Ironbark Timber are the best supplier for outdoor timber on the Sunshine Coast. Simon and the team are extremely knowledgeable and their products are fantastic. Highly recommended.

This is the best timber yard on the coast by a mile. Until I recently retired I did all the exterior projects at SUNSHINE COAST GRAMMAR. I used sleepers from Bunnings for years and over time found that wherever I did a cut it rotted. I checked out your products and could see that your preservative was forced into the product rather than a dip. On my recommendation we switched. Also for the little extra the edges are erased and always top quality! Simon the boss helped me out on a problem project at my home. I have a huge ageing deck at home and couldn't afford to repair with hardwood so for a reasonable charge he milled down some larger dimension pine to suit my purpose! It has worked a treat! THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELPING OUT AND OLD BUT ABLE CARPENTER!!!

I phoned Phil at Ironbark Timber today, and found he had outstanding customer service - not only over the phone, but also to my employee when she went to pick up the gear. Well done! Thanks also to the forklifter who not only loaded the ute but helped her tie the timber down. Thanks!
