These numpties have had my bike for three months. The only communication between me & them has been when I’ve initiated it.The owner says they are a small family business and he “doesn’t want me to leave them with this issue unresolved”.I’ve heard nothing from them for two weeks following that conversation.Ineptitude at its finest.

Can not thank the service staff enough especially Keith. I was in need of new tyres and rang first thing Monday morning. Although they were super busy they fitted me straight in and got the job done super quickly. The service was awesome. Highly recommend their service department.Thanks you.

Very good experience with the staff at Two Wheel Obsession. Went in there to look at off-road helmets. They listened to my needs, (price range, features, etc.), fitted me up, and had really good product knowledge. The customer service was great. Thanks for the help yesterday guys!
