Love this place, decor is cute, staff are friendly and food and drinks are yummy! The place can sit about 12 ppl with only four tables and some bench seats.I had the kumo brown sugar genmaicha and was impressed! It's basically green tea ice cream with boba and corn flakes. The butterfly lemonade was not sweet enough but it was still enjoyable for a hot day.We especially loved the cakes! Didn't expect a bubble tea place to have such good cakes. We ordered the cheese cake and the rosewater something cake twice because they were that good! The brownie was very chocolaty, a bit too dark for me.This place also sells matcha and other tea stuff, a few ppl came in just to buy them so they must be known for it.We had a good deal from Liven, $20 for $20 and because we loved this place so much, we got the $50 for $50 deal. Oh we'll be back for sure!

Sharon’s mocktail is a must try. It is so very refreshing and has bubbles that kinda blast and melt in mouth. The best bubble tea I have ever had. Light flavoured and refreshing. Other one chocolate makiato was awesome too. Filled with matcha ice cream and topped with chocolate is also very nice.

Was in a mission to try all the new bubble tea shops in Melbourne and stumbled upon this place.I must say their bubble tea is in my top 3 list so far! Their butterfly drink was refreshing and the jasmine tea was delicious!

I visited this store on Tuesday 5th of April at night. Firstly the drinks I ordered was aesthetically pleasing but also tasted so good!!!But I mostly want to praise the staff that were on that shift.It was my first time using the Liven app to pay for a purchase and due unfortunate event, I needed ip paying for another customer’s drink.The staff were very helpful with trying to help me, they helped me to make a request for refund on the app and took down my details so they could confirm the issues. I received confirmation from Liven today that the store confirmed my need for refund.Thank so much for your staff for their customer assistance.

Let’s Boba and Chill perfectly describes Narocha. A cutesy place near QV Market, where Puffle once was, Narocha is a charming spot to indulge in bubble tea. With adequate seating and a relaxed atmosphere, Narocha is definitely a place to chill.The usual suspects are available here, with some interesting additions both in terms of flavours and toppings. The Milo Mocha with pearls is a rich and creamy concoction, while the Butterfly Lemonade Tea is with basil seeds is refreshing and pleasant. The Mango Tea comes with matcha pudding, which is a nice twist from the usual egg pudding.The pearls here are on the softer and chewier side, and the drinks are not too sweet even without adjusting the sugar level. Quite popular with the student crowd, Narocha is an exciting addition to the over-saturated bubble tea market.

The photo of the tearamisu implies it's a drink (no air gaps), but it's essentially a glorified McFl****. On the bright side, the crushed cookie parts go all the way through, so you're not just left with plain" ice cream.The Thai Tea flavour of the ice cream base was pretty good."

The tea leaves are displayed and brewed on the tables.Jasmine milk tea with trio toppings - very aromatic and the toppings are soft and flavorful.Butterfly lemonade tea - sweet colourful and refreshingBest selling hojicha makiato- the tea is aromatic with the perfectly made cream cheese topping. Stir it slowly and enjoy the taste. Having the A2 milk adds quality to quality drink

One of my favourite bubble tea places in Melbourne. The Macha Brown Sugar Brulee shook my world and is definitely, a must-try. The pricing is a bit high but, the drink tastes so good and they use A2 Milk. The customer service is excellent. While you are there, you can check out their Narocha kit and various tea they sell in cute little glass jars.
