Tracey from Morayfield is amazing, I have purchased so much jewellery from her. Unfortunately my engagement ring was sent back 3 times in 1 year and I was so upset. Pathetic watch stopped working after just a few days, took it back to exchange it , can't exchange have to get a refund. Now a week later I'm still waiting for the refund due to their hopeless system. Will never use them again ever

31.03.2022 went into the store, 3 staff members chatting completely ignored me while I was browsing for a gift with no one else in store for a while. A second person came in and staff were so polite and asked if they could help her with anything! It was actually very disheartening, I'm not sure if how I look had anything to do with it but it was a clear and obvious difference. As a long time online buyer of shiels I'll look elsewhere thanks to this experience.

Outstanding customer service from the Manager Tracey and her team on Saturday helping with the purchase of my new ring. Tracey was very patient and helpful in assisting me choose the perfect ring and nothing was too much trouble. It’s been a long time since I’ve received genuine customer service like this and could not be happier with my purchase and care plan. If you’re looking to purchase any Jewellery, go and see Tracey or her team I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

Tonight my sister and I entered the store after an appalling experience from prouds to be met by two young ladies who went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately I didn't catch their names however I wanted to praise their beautiful customer service and friendly nature. Well done ladies, you are a credit to your team and we will certainly be coming back again.

Bought a automatic watch, lasted a month.Wouldn't exchange or refund... they sent it to their repairers, going to be gone six weeks.Edit... they've now had the watch for three months, if their watch repairers are that busy they must be selling garbage.
