worst delivery company I've used. the tracking updates don't work no one even come to my house it was delivered from pick up straight to the post office I will never again use this company

One star is generous. I refuse to purchase from businesses that use Star Track, they are incompetent, their tracking is useless, customer service terrible, and packages never arrive when they say.

Wasn’t home, so they took the parcel to the post office..... why a post office 16kms from my house rather than my local???

I needed this part desperately for my Ute... was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago but I missed it due to working night shift and being asleep, that’s fair enough. But however I called up and organised it to be delivered the next day and gave my consent for no signature. Still haven’t seen it was promised to be delivered the next day... tracking is useless phones up twice to get the same answer “it’s in the drivers truck somewhere” well it’s now past the drivers finish time I’m about to go to work my cars still not fixed and I still don’t have my partsMore like slow track

Their service is terrible. No one keeps the promise to call me back. Startrack driver picked up my parcel 3 days ago but startrack people don’t know where the parcel is which is $5000 worth. They gave me 3 x case numbers to find parcel and they still don’t know where the parcel is :(No star should be given to them.

How can a delivery company be incapable of delivering to the correct address??? This company is a disgrace, I will no longer purchase from any company that uses them. After tracking my delivery for 2 weeks, having 2 missed deliveries and no cards left to say they tried to deliver, I then made numerous phone calls, was told I needed to pick the package up at minchinbury, rescheduled a new delivery, explained that they have been trying to deliver to the incorrect address and they still deliver top the incorrect address, only they leave the package (over $1000 worth) at the wrong house!!!! Unbelievable!

I missed delivery twice due to no calls or messages to notify me of delivery day and time in advance. No call, no message or ringing my property bell at their arrival . I work full time how can I prepare for unknowing delivery day???
