Great customer service!Purchased a drink from a Brisbane City vending machine which ended up having keypad issues and dispensed and charged me for a drink I didn't want. I tried again and the same issue happened.Contacted Ian and he was very helpful and ended up reimbursing me for the two drinks.If I was a business looking to have vending machines I'd be going to him.
