This is my go-to shop for birthday presents and for activities for our family. The range of board games is second-to-none and they also have a great selection of jigsaw puzzles, other puzzles and general fun things.A few of the games that we've bought and had more than our money's worth from are: Splendor (recommended by staff and our family's favourite game); Labyrinth; Kerala; Ticket To Ride.Staff are friendly and keen to assist and have a chat. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff

Went into the store at The Glen looking for a present. Saw the game 'boggle' for $19.99 thought perfect. Went to pay for it at the register. The lady putting it through said card or cash and I said card and went to zap my card, funny enough it didn't work so I went to tap again. At this point I noticed the price was $24.99. I said how come its $24.99 when the price on the item is $19.99. She hardly even looked at the item and said well its not its $24.99. I responded and said well there are multiple of them and they all had the same price tag. She said 'well its wrong, someone would have stuck that sticker on there'. I said well can I get the item for $19.99 since that's the price on there and I'm pretty sure you should honour the lowest price to the customer. She said I don't have to do that, do you want it or not?I replied no thanks and left the store.1. She was completely rude and not apologetic at all2. She implication was that I/another customer put a 'different' price on the item3. Even if she couldn't have sold the item for a cheaper price (which I really think I was entitled to) she needed to have been significantly nicer at least! Instead I was made to feel like I was at fault somehow.Terrible customer service.Did get a call from the manager - he did say sorry but also was defending his staff.Won't be going back there!

Good ambiance and led lights used, was attracting a lot of people there just to get clicks with the looney tunes character (bugs bunny) out there

Located inside The Glen shopping centre, this place is hands down the best place to find games of every descriptionThey have a massive range of board and card games and the staff actually take the time to explain things to you in order to help you find exactly what you want. If you are looking for a fantastic gift or perhaps a new family game- this is definitely the place to go. I recommend the card game 'No Thanks' for lots of family fun.
