The most gorgeous store, I am so happy it has come to Canberra! And the location on Lonsdale St makes it so easy to make a day/afternoon of shopping, cafes and bars.For the shopping experience, it is a beautiful space with excellent quality clothing in a wide variety of styles, sizes and price points. The staff are friendly, smiling and helpful. Being able to shop second hand where the clothes and accessories have already been vetted for quality and condition makes thrifting a dream; I find a treasure every time I go in.For the consignment/selling experience, it was super easy to pop in to the store, the clothing I brought was sorted in minutes while I stood and waited/browsed, and the sign up process was seamless. Could not recommend this store more!

Great experience at Goodbyes Braddon both as a consigner and buyer. Always find interesting items that you can’t usually find in Canberra. Claudia and the team are great to deal with.

I have consigned with them twice, and although they are very selective which can be slightly inconvenient, it proves that they care about quality items. All of the items I've consigned have sold so there's no complaints there. As a buyer, their prices are reasonable, especially the pieces that are on sale.

These guys won’t inform you that you need to pick up the clothes you’ve brought for consignment as your due date is just around the corner. Why is that? Just because they keep them and sell themselves without paying you a commission.How honest is that policy of theirs? Not at all! It’s a “legalised” way to appropriate your stuff because of the “policy”.The due date for the pick up is written in your email when you get your items priced - long long way away that you’re supposed to keep in mind.They notify you when your item is sold but not when you need to pick your unsold items. How fair is that?Poor service! Poor policy!The shop itself doesn’t look tidy, and clothes in it sometimes are in a very rough condition. Unlike!

I was so excited when I found out a Goodbyes opened in Canberra. Went there with my friend and she got this really cute 2 pieces set and I got a couple of cool tops. We’re definitely going to come back with our other friends and hope to start shopping there more. As thrifting sustainability is a really great thing for the environment. I recommend for anyone to go there as the clothes are already hand selected, so you can shop knowing you got something nice, and not in too of a bad condition.

I just absolutely love this store!! The staff and service is amazing!!! The clothing, Jewelry Shoes & Accessories are to die for!!! Fantastic Designer merch, prices so well! Claudia the Manager is truly wonderful in addition to her lovely staff!! Sustainability is their mission!! A must go to shop!! You will continue to come back !

Goodbyes is one of my favourite places in Canberra. The staff are always extremely welcoming and I always feel comfortable being there. They have a great selection of clothes and accessories of all different styles. The price point is always on point, and even better when they are 50%! My partner and I have also consigned with Goodbyes, it’s always been such an easy and efficient process. Thanks to Claudia and the team for creating such a warm space full of so many great pieces!

A great business concept for Canberra. I love the idea of recycling clothing and other fashion items. The Team is friendly and the shop is thoughtfully laid out. I have dropped off several bags of clothes and they have been sorted through within 15 minutes or so. The selling prices suggested have all been very fair. Email updates etc make the entire process so easy. I have sold quite a lot in the last few months. Only problem is, all my profit goes back into the Goodbyes Shop in Braddon, because they always have such amazing one-off pieces :)
