Do yourself a favour! We had a fabulous weekend staying in the very homey accommodation, with spectacular views.Such a fantastic couple, Jane was a pleasure to learn from, we cooked the Italian menu, making everything from scratch. Arancini, ricotta, pasta, sauce, focaccia & mushroom, olive & truffle dip! All delicious.Enjoyed a few bubbles & heaps of laughs throughout the day and Tony provided us with a tastings of their beautiful wines.A truly pleasurable weekend. We are from Tassie and will certainly be back!

Just book it. The cooking class. The accommodation. The wine class. 5 star full experience. We fell in love with Jane and Tony and their view. The food was so beautiful. Jane is a chef, ex restaurant owner and a passionate foodie. Tony is a wine maker extraordinarie, just sit back, sip and listen.. The 4 of us (friends) can’t wait to return one day.

Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful place.

Wonderful cooking class hosted by former chef Jane.She is a fantastic teacher and made this an amazing experience for a complete novice.The finished dishes were delicious and we,as a group,learnt so many tips & tricks including pasta madig from scratch. We also enjoyed fabulous wines from husband Tony who grows his own and is very knowledgeable. Both make a great team.We also enjoyed staying overnight in their beautiful cottage which is very tastefully decorated and very cosy with a real log fire.It was an unforgettable experience and can't wait to return next time we are in Tasmania.Highly recommended!
