I bought mobility walker yesterday from this place my father could not walk properly with it and went back to return . They refused to return and talked about returned policy which is not mentioned any where .Lady work there has no idea of cistomer service very rude .Finally they replaced with cheap walker and refused to pay the balance amount.which is useless to me.His owner was like go whereever to want but thats how it is.Even consumer court wont be able to help you out.Be carefull before going to this place.

Was told when hired the chair it would be charged weekly to my credit card which was fine the first two weeks so assumed it would continue like that, but when I returned the chair the whole amount came out at once. Was not expecting that so thanks for leaving me short. Not that there was anything wrong with the chair though.

Prices are not discounted at all, the 3 wheel walker was almost $300, the same thing at DoAbility in North Melbourne was $155. As with other reviews, the lady over the phone was abrupt and snappy

I came here on crutches to buy a moonboot the manager was rude and told me I was not allowed to try it on without buying it. Did not help me and asked me to leave. Disgusting behaviour no compassion money hungry shop owner.

While the woman in the store was helpful and answered all our questions, she was very dominating and spoke over you when you tried to ask her things. Along with that, her prices were extremely expensive, $90 more expensive than a competitor for the same product. She also felt it was necessary to detail past incidents of customers defrauding her like she was trying to use the behaviour of others as justification for charging us this huge fee.
