Descent store with not many options in here. Especially when items are on sales.I would call then visit this store to get whst i want.

It is located in a convenient location and has good customer service. However, everything seems to be out of stock at all times. Other Kmart stores have them, but not Moonee Ponds Kmart. I wonder why. I find it quite frustrating.

Kmart Moonee Ponds is a great store - I love it ! Most staff are really helpful especially George and the ladies at the Print Shop. It's a shame so many customers mess up the shelves, leave their drink cups wherever. I always find wonderful bargains at this store. Keep up the great work guys !

I love Kmart, but unfortunately this one seems to be out of stock a lot.I’m also wondering how often it’s cleaned?! The change rooms are so filthy. When trying clothes on you need to dodge all the dust bunnies! Yuck.The staff are friendly though.

Like every other Kmart, they have great products. I found the electronic section little small n less items but home and kitchen, clothing and party section have enough products.

Terrible IT/online system.Website says an item is in-stock, come in and missing on shelves, straight away staff check internal system records and confirm there has been no stock since December.Get it together.Staff lovely and helpful though, otherwise would be 1-star for time wasted through incompetent IT systems.

Went in to try and buy an Iron. Got told it was in 3 different areas by 3 different staff. Asked a 4th staff member and he goes, my job is to stand at the door

A Great store with lots of variety, but it can be disorganised - messy and lack stock at times. KMART clothing and essentials such as underwear is low quality and has not held up, but declined over the years. Moonee Ponds staff are helpful with product inquiries and check out.

Had a sub par interaction with the woman (employee)at the checkout area. Bordering on rude & left me feeling like I inconvenienced her. Thank goodness for the excellent experience at the Customer Service counter from Samara.
