Very Poor. I turned up at the repair site at Evolution Dr with several of their products to be repaired, to be turned away and asked to drive 15 minutes down the road to a Tool Shop just for them to write out a repair form for each product on behalf of Euro Tooltechnic and then call a courier to send the equipment back to Euro Tooltechnic. At least the tool shop staff were amazing!
