I have called upon the services of Brad at Airthermic twice and both times very short notice. On both occasions Brad was extremely helpful in arranging to come out with 24 hours of the call being made to assess and advise of what was going on. Parts were sourced and again the unit was back up and running in no time. Brad provided clear helpful advice around the source of the problem and thoroughly checked the unit before leaving. Brad installed a new return air system, an extra floor vent and repaired motors on our ducted air zones after identifying and explaining the problems with our initial system set up.
