Move My Stuff

Not happy with this service. Beware pay by the hour. Initial contact with office staff seemed positive and removal truck arrived on time. From them all else was terrible. Extremely slow appeared to have no idea how to pack a truck. Removalists went missing several times and we had to phone them to ask where they were and what were they doing? After four hours of them packing truck (we had 30 boxes two bed rooms and a living area to pack ) we decided to start packing our own cars to get the move happening. We then drove to the drop off point which took us 15 minutes but them over one hour to arrive. All in all this move took twice as long as it needed to. This meant is cost double the estimated cost. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Terrible experience. Do not use this service

The two young men delivered my heavy parcel without compromise to an excellent customer based service. They carried the parcel to the back of the house as I was home alone. They were super polite an eager to help me. I cannot state how high the service was. I wish all couriers were so delightful to work with. Congratulations to these boys for your professionalism, perfect manners, a credit to your employer.

Great experience. The team called prior to arriving and assembled the table so quickly. They were polite and efficient. Great service, I would recommend!

I am writing this review to forewarn any future customers in hope of them not running into the same problems I have with Move My Stuff.I recently moved with this company, transporting my property to my new house. Within my belongings I had a TV, I took all precautions to package this safely - A layer of cardboard and 3 layers of bubble wrap to be exact.While I understand that their terms and conditions state that they don’t take responsibility for electronics damaged during the move, I was under the impression that they would at least transport them with care.My TV has been damaged beyond repair despite my efforts to make this move foolproof. It is hard to imagine how they would’ve had to recklessly mishandle my property for it to end up this damaged.Furthermore, their policy for reporting damaged items is 24 hours - which seems to be a totally unreasonable timeframe to unpack an entire house of items to assess for damage.Please learn from my experience and read all of their terms and conditions very carefully to ensure you are ok with their policies - and do what you will with the knowledge that the possessions you have spent your hard earned money on, will be mishandled and treated with great negligence.Going forward (after having to purchase a new TV that was in perfect, working condition 48 hours ago), I will be going with a different company altogether.Update: In a few short hours from submitting this review, I have received a call from the removalists stating that their employment has been terminated due to my review. It is disappointing to hear that a company which is so quick to react in this way could not use it as a teaching experience for their employees and maybe even provide some satisfactory customer service.My problem here is with the customer service representatives advising me there’s simply ‘nothing they can do’ when an incident like this happens rather than the contacted removalists. These policies are ridiculous and portray to be money hungry rather than customer orientated. Much to Move My Stuff’s dismay, my review will not be deleted as I would much prefer my undamaged belongings over being bullied into submission by hire-ups manipulating their employees to do their dirty work for them.

Moving house is always stressful and the team at movemystuff made it a lot easier with their professional responsive service. We found them to be reliable, with systems in place to ensure that all details were taken care of and communication went well. The movers were very patient and super efficient, they were careful with our possessions and when our plans changed in the middle of the move they just kept going forward with no fuss. Excellent work, highly recommended!

Move my stuff delivered my order from Koala living and i cannot fault them, very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them, they took great care of my furniture.

Two guys did good job to deliver a Sofa to me on time. Their attitudes and manners are nice and polite. I am happy with their professional services provided.

We had a really complicated move and these guys were an absolute delight to deal with. They were able to book us in and set us up with the right team and the right truck to action the move effectively. They moved us out of an apartment building with some annoying requirements and into a new apartment building (which was much kinder to move in to) and were brilliant to work with the whole time. They were very professional, managed to pack the truck completely full and make the whole move in a single trip. The admin team were awesome, the removalists were awesome, and the move itself went as well as humanly possible. Thanks for being awesome, guys!

Bought a couch and Move My Stuff delivered it for us. The boys were on time, courteous, and gentle with our items. Will happily recommend this business!
