I been to this shop twice,first time serverd by a gentelman,portion and quality and service are all good,second time by two Indian girls, i didn't pay much attention when they made the sandwich,after went home my son ask me did they put anything in it?i then i find out those two cost me 17.95 has very limited salad and meat,not like other shop's one barely close，i knew i went there late after whole day hard work,i don't care they give me the evil look(again those two mentioned by other Google reviewers so i am not the only lucky one haha),but at least stuffed someone's sandwich

You know what, service here is atrocious. To the little Indian lady who works here and had me waiting for 10 minutes before serving me and did not greet me or say “hi, won’t be long” and acknowledge I was there. You need to learn customer service more thoroughly. I won’t be coming back here. To top it off as I ask her if I can just get a drink she says to me “yeah I’ll go get one for you now” then starts doing the cleaning which makes me wait for a further 5 minutes.

Worst Subway shop in the world. The staff are not friendly or helpful. Service is super slow. They put less than minimum on the subs. Lettuce and other salads are soggy in their tubs. Twice I was charged for a foot long when I bought a 6inch, first time too late to go back and second time they just paid the difference in cash without any apology. George there said he was the manager but he is rude as you can get. I wouldn't eat from there again even if I was starving to death. Cannot give zero stars so giving it only one.

Used to be great but the staff have gone down hill rapidly of late. Staff rarely smile and make you feel as though you're putting them out when you walk in. They often make mistakes about what you ask for, and often don't ask the basic questions like whether you want your sub toasted or not (although they always remember to try to upsell you to a drink and cookie). A few times they've under cooked the meat on my sub and they often have conversations with each other in a different language rather than engage with the customer. I used to go here all the time but I'm getting to a point where I'm just going to go elsewhere to get lunch.
