Very impressed with the communication and professionalism of hunter valley repairs, went out of their way to help us with our oven, turned up when they said they would, the repair guy was quick, efficient and polite. I had a follow up call that afternoon to make sure everything was working.Would easily recommend them, if all companies acted this way Australia would be a greater country.

Hunter Valley Appliance Repairs
This is our fourth interaction with HV Appliance Repairs and it won't be our last. They should be 5 star, seems some whinger posted something previously. Anyway, they took care of my Mums fridge, diagnosed a dead split system, put in another for us, recently fixed an A/C head unit and now another is on the blink and no doubt that will get sorted without any fuss or drama and they leave the wallet still intact. Many thanks to Jo, Patrick and Bligh, excellent service.

HV appliance repairs provided an excellent service from start to finish. We have an ILVE oven which required both new hinges and brackets and we also live in Dungog where appliance services are hard to get, so this was a tricky job. Jo was excellent in ordering parts, keeping me in the loop and being professional, efficient and personable throughout the process. We also had Bligh to come and fix the oven which he did extremely well. He had to come out twice to complete the job and each time did his job in a professional, calm and skilful manner. Would not hesitate to recommend this service and will be using them again if we have any appliance issue. They showed up early, were extremely professional and friendly. They also showed me how to better care for my machines and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how I could prevent it in the future. Really great company!

Cannot thank them enough! Australia Day our fridge died. I contacted them that day not expecting a response on a public holiday. Not only did I get a response but they’ve been nothing but excellent! We live rural and they came to us no problem! Couldn’t recommend anyone else 10000000/10

Jo in the office was so lovely, squeezed my maintenance request in to the next business day after calling! Bly rang confirm the appointment 30 minutes before! Jo is super responsive with payment over phone and following up after service is complete! Would 100% recommend and use again!
