Had James (Smithfield area)deliver to me during the easter holiday as i could not rebook delivery. He worked around his schedule to drop off my parcel as i could not book online for some reason.

In my role I have been dealing with Go Logistics for several years now. I have found the office staff to be very helpful and committed to high customer service levels. Whenever there has been a problem they have been quick to find a solution, which couldn't be more important to me. Considering the volume of freight we send daily the service is outstanding.

Didn't even knock just left card and drove away. Called to get package. He was 10min away yet I have to wait another day to get it delivered... I thought Aus post was bad. These guys take the cake. Shocking....Was told on the phone that the driver said he did knock.... I literally have him on camera not knocking......

I almost fell off my chair...I've dealt with courier companies for years with my online business and they're traditionally horrible. GO were completely different. Something so simple as answering the phone, speaking to the driver and prioritising our delivery was done in an instant. We needed some medical supplements urgently delivered before travelling overseas and they were super accommodating. This might not sound like much to people who don't use couriers regularly but if you do, you know this is akin to walking on water.

My parcel was sent to a completely different area under a different individual's name, even though I omitted the street number when providing the address to the sender. They did not attempt to confirm the name or other details with me or the recipient.

Courier companies can be pretty woeful and I think I have used every single one that exists around the Sydney Area. Go logistics has been a dream company to deal with. Been dealing with Teneesha from customer service and I would give this company 10 out 5 stars if that were an option.Our company sends 100's of parcels every week and we haven't had a single problem that hasn't been dealt with compassionately and efficiently. The service is very unprofessional！There was someone in the home but only received the delivery card.Local depopt actually has 2 locations ticked, is this for me to gamble?The funniest thing is that the tracking information on the website still shows that the delivery has not started.

Punctuality, fast and reliable service, very friendly people and excellent customer service. Everything I had learnt NOT to expect from a courier company. We have been using Go Logistics for a few months now and very happy with them.

We are wholesale company with over 100 parcel each months. Starting using Go very good at begining as they give us low price. But later on, increase our price 20% each month. So bad, these people are money based.
