Worst customer service ever. Have been waiting 6 weeks for our heater to be fixed throughout winter and still waiting. Never use this company.

We had David and the team quote for a new air con as well as service our existing. Within days Dave was onsite to measure and quote. The following week one of the service guys came out - he was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. Quality service at a fraction of the cost! Thank you!

Very thorough, on time & excellent price

How can I do a minus or negative. Charged a for a service they never did. Quoted $4000 for a new unit. We found a place to buy parts and repaired it ourselves for $250. Total ripe off merchants. And we are not the only ones. All I can say is get another opinion before you get them to do anything. You can probably repair it a lot cheaper.

Murray Heating and Cooling have been awesome from start to finish. Very prompt visiting my home to quote for two split systems. Excellent follow up and they were so helpful with their advice. They kept in touch every step of the way and my installation was booked in straight away on acceptance. Scott and Curtis were our installers and we're fabulous to have working around my home. Very polite and left the site neat and tidy. I can't recommend this local company enough.

Prompt, polite, great service. Everything went smoothly and my unit was installed on the day it was scheduled - right in the busy middle of summer period.

Poor service all round. Initial booking on Friday 14/8 for investigation with the promise of a quote for repairs by Monday 17/8. No return contact at all until I called on 19/8, and quote was sent through. When I confirmed I wanted to go ahead with the work I was told there'd be a one-week turnaround for the parts required. No return contact at all until I called on 26/8 and was advised the parts had arrived two days earlier. Was then told the earliest booking available was Monday 31/8 but techs wouldn't be available at the time my wife and I return from work in Adelaide, so we were advised to leave keys out the front for the tech to access the unit. I returned home early and called to let them know someone was home now, only to be advised that there were no technician bookings for that day. STILL WAITING FOR RESOLUTION.
