Ray and I visited highgrove @ warrawong this am.. Amy was so so helpful, it's been 32yrs since I renovated my bathroom. Amy was extremely helpful. Big bonus also 20% off... So we are very happy with the service n quality. 2 days prior I went 2 other places, we did not get that service at all. Many thanks Amy x

I’m helping my son renovate his bathroom, the blind leading the blind. Behold, we walked into Highgrove and all our confusion was put to rest. We were attended to by Rachael with a smile on her face She advised us on ALL things needed to redo the new bathroom from top to bottom. We didn’t even bother to go anywhere else. What a delight to have Rachael serve us, she knew the products she was selling and made fitting out the bathroom so easy. We changed our minds several times but Rachael was there with a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Rachael. Arranging delivery I spoke to Luke and his friendly helpful voice over the phone again made our overall experience with Highgrove extremely satisfactory. We would recommend them to anyone. Holla Gang,Not review writer, but had to break up the admin work tonight.Big thanks to Kyle and Paul the last couple of weeks.It is great to see Kyle in the show room again, he is great guy to deal with, someone I can just talk with about the products easily, as apposed to being talked at by a pushy salesperson. Always talking with my partner and I on the same level, always helpful and never talking down to us. He really has quite the flair for mixing up and matching alternate products ]] selections to keep things looking crisp.Paul is one very cool cucumber; keeping that great level of top professional service, while also being approachable and friendly while he is getting our products together the last couple of weeks. He had 2-3 customers lined up to pick up and the phone ringing constant last Thursday, he helped out each of the customers keeping it cool, professional and friendly.These guys have made our last few bathroom renos a lot easier. You don't get top customer service like you do rom these guys anywhere else any more. We will be back in a few months for the next bathroom.Big Thanks

Purchased a number of products in brushed brass for our renovated bathroom and found that the communication on items we were waiting for was never passed on to us from your Sales staff, Amy. Originally told the items would be in October and never told until having to call, that it will be November and only found out because we called. When asked why she didnt contact us, there was silence.I will say however, your pick up centre for the items were extremely helpful and very nice to deal with

Have fitted out both our bathroom remods here. A year later still happy with what we bought. Our plumber suggested them. Decent quality and decent prices. Sort of a good middle ground. There may be some places with more killer deals, and others with ++ quality, but we were happy with this compromise - everything looks good and works properly, and when we returned an unused tap that we changed our mind on they were happy to oblige with a refund without fuss, even though it was a few months after purchase.The pick up is up the road and around the corner, so allow an extra 20 minutes to get your gear once you pay at the counter.

Terrible customer service experienced in Highgrove Warrawong. Have visited the store twice in the past week, our first visit was on the weekend and it was quite busy, the staff member assisting us was obviously still learning, his manager sat behind the front desk and did not bother to get up to help him assist us at all. Thinking a mid week visit might mean better assistance and customer care, we returned on a weekday looking to purchase new tapware to install in an existing bathroom, looking to negotiate with current sale conditions in order to get a good deal, I mentioned that we also planned to build a full bathroom with their products, not only were they unable to accommodate us, the two staff members manning the empty showroom didn't even get up off their seats so serve us. Felt like we were interupting their conversation. We will now be taking our business elsewhere.

I received excellent service from the salesperson, who spent a considerable amount of time making suggestions and explaining the benefits of the various products I was purchasing. I had visited several stores, including the popular" bathroom reno shops

Very friendly staff and have a great range of quality products
