I've had the advantage of being treated by Mark Jans on and off for over 15 years. He is one of the most knowledgeable and kind hearted Health Professionals I've had the privilege of meeting too. He keeps up to date with the latest advances in treatment techniques and exercise advice. Most importantly he runs on time and in today's busy world it's important to run on time! Love his work!

Mark totally improved my quality of life and saved me from debilitating hip/back pain. I’d readily recommend him to anyone in need of a physio. He really listens and tries to find the root cause of the pain. August 2017, I rated my back pain an 8 on a scale of 0 (no pain) -10 (severe). After attending twice a week for 4 months using these amazing machines at Workstrong Physiotherapy, I can now say my back pain is around 1-2. I am getting my life back thanks to these wonderful machines which fix your back pain PERMANENTLY. I was sceptical at first, but the pain was getting so bad, i had nothing to lose. If you suffer back pain, I would highly recommend this affordable treatment - I am so thankful I found this place. Very happy customer! :DUpdate:7 months on from my last session and happy to report I am now able to go to the gym and lift weights, 10kg down since May, feeling great !

As an avid Soccer and Squash Player i have always come to Mark for my injuries and neck problems. Mark always shows an interest in my health and well being. I have really seen a difference in my strength and posture using the new equipment he has to provide.

Mark was great! Kind enough to see me for some urgent treatment on my back when everyone else was either closed or booked out (lucky he had a slot open). Offered some good tips for some exercises to do at home to help in recovery. Really appreciate it!

An injury at work to my neck and arm caused me serve pain and the inability to turn my neck, arm and generally lift or squeeze objects. But after having regular Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology sessions using the David Spine exercise machines, I have reached the point of nearly being pain free and have returned to a normal range of movement. These treatments have changed my life and I believe without the help of both Mark and James i would have been forced to retire from work early and give up my love of scuba diving and going to my gym . Both Mark Jans and James Blackwell are both highly professional and are fantastic in their ability to help people achieve a healthier life.

My doctor who I saw for a second opinion recommended Workstrong after 3 months of persistent pain in my arm and shoulder from a work injury. My previous doctor suggested pills and injections, possibly surgery if it continued to persist. Clearly there was no need for this.I am very happy with the results from Workstrong Physio. Mark’s professional physiotherapy for pain relief, and suggested exercises, as well as working with James using The David Spine System equipment, has really strengthened targeted areas of my neck, back and spine and I am now about 95%, and almost fully recovered.

I had a wonderful experience with Workstrong physiotherapy. A fantastic clinic with state of the art facilities and top class healthcare professionals. They helped enormously with a back injury using brilliant remedial massage from Mark and an incredible programme of rehabilitation exercises with James. Not only did they help me get on top of the injury but they also helped prepare me to embark on the most informed fitness journey I've tackled so far. Thank you both for all your advice and treatment. Special thanks goes to James though. His professionalism, energy and knowledge made every work out fun. His programme was progressive and intelligent with special care taken to understand my goals and help me achieve them. No request was too much and he always turns up with new and interesting ways to push you. I could not recommend this clinic enough to people wherever you are at on your fitness journey or whatever injury/issue you're having - these guys have the answer! 10/5 Stars!
