Booked a termicide appointment for between 6-9am and no one has turned up. Phoned up and they don't even have a booking for that day, but a different day I wasn't aware of or asked. Sat here for 3 hours waiting for someone to arrive, thoroughly enjoy wasting my time. When I own a house, I will not be using Termicide. Do not recommend.

-⭐️ -⭐️ -⭐️ -⭐️ -⭐️ (my true rating)Had the “annual” inspection done 20/01/23, had an issue with brown ants coming out of holes in window frames and in tiles in bathroom as well as in on-suite.Contacted to resolve issue after ants returned within weeks, they eventually turned up today 14/02/23 and when shown the issue again was told to fill all holes with silicone (silicone is the white dust in photos that the ants are depositing outside the holes).I returned home to find the ants were still active in the same areas (see photos) and after preparing dinner for my wife I noticed ants trailing from the cutting board back to the window frame in the kitchen.The “technician” had apparently “treated” the areas today.Don’t use this company, I’ve had more success with Moreton, it at least lasted more than 8hrs
