Poor pup came home with a neck injury and after 2 vet visits now on anti inflammatories. Apparently she jumped off the table so obviously not tied up enough or unsupervised. Lady pretty rude. Here's hoping it's not a long term injury!

Kristin has a genuine llove of dogs and this is evident in the love and care she takes when grooming our furry friends. Nothing is too much trouble. We have one of the best groomed dogs on the peninsula.

Took our small dog here for the first time. When I booked on the phone over a week prior I stated she can get snappy when getting a haircut. The lovely girl on the phone insisted it wouldn't be a problem and they would muzzle her. My sister collected our dog today and when asking how she went was rudely told she was ridiculous for no reason." Beyond unprofessional especially when given ample warning. Not to mention it is the worst haircut she has had in her 11 years. Will be the first and last visit to this appalling establishment. Should have listened to people who warned me of your business."
