Wally and his wife, Nazrene, are very, very friendly and put you at ease when looking for a gift. You will not feel intimidated as some jewellers make you feel when you walk into their shops. I do all my watch repairs with them.

Shocking customer service. If you have even the slightest doubt about buying here, don't do it. Not only are they unhelpful, they are very rude about it.

Wally is a great guy to talk to. Very helpful and keeps you updated. Got my ring as intended, 2 weeks to ship from supplier with GIA cert. And 1 week to make the ring with diamond on it.Talk to him also about after service sales, worth a try.

.While I have bought pieces from there before and I have been looked after by the gentleman who is courteous and knows customer service I will never return to the store because I bought something and had to return it the lady ignored me for 10 minutes that's a damn long time to wait before a staff member acknowledges you! When I spoke to her ( I didn't catch her name ) she was rude and condescending!! I had called prior to going and she said she would exchange it. The chain was in perfect condition!!!!!!! I told her i tried it on and it keeps coming off, so YES TRIED IT ON AND IT KEEPS COMING OFF!! I am happy to exchange I don't want a refund she said I wore it, I said yes for 15 minutes. I had explained that. She was abrupt and said she can't sell it now. That was a lie as she would polish it and put it back in the counter!! She said she would give me a refund i said fine. SO clearly if she couldn't resell it why was she giving me a refund?? She wouldn't process it for me I waited around while the gentleman finished his sale so he could process it!! l will never return to the that store because of her lack of service I live locally and I will be telling all I know not to shop there!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I was compelled to this time because of the very bad experience I just had. I bought an engagement ring from Wally and I wanted to add my wedding band, a simple string of diamonds. Wally assured me that it would be no problem, it will be beautiful, no worries. I left my ring with him, when I went in to see it, there were visible gaps in the ring, the two bands were uneven, and he finished it as a split ring, so there was a big opening between the two rings. I pointed all these things out to him and he said the split ring looks better than having the rings close side by side. He ignored the fact that the heights of the rings were uneven and he said he would have a go and filling the gaps. I left it again for 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up, the gaps were still there, heights still uneven. He said that was the best he could do. He asked me if I was happy, I reluctantly said, we’ll I’m not really happy, but you’re saying that’s all you can do. So I paid and left. A week of wearing my rings and feeling so unhappy and let down, I took my rings to another jeweler, who agreed with all the imperfections in it and also pointed out a few more imperfections. So I left my ring with them to repair and had to pay more again to have it repaired. I am bewildered how a jeweler with any sort of decent standing would want any customer to walk out of their store unhappy and with a ring of substandard quality. I had been to Wally before this situation and I didn’t have a problem, however I don’t know what is happening at the moment, but I definitely won’t be back. This has cost me a lot of money.

I am offended at the customer service i received today at this store.There was one female customer being attended to by the female shop partner. There was no product visible and they were talking in an eastern language. After several minutes of talking the female attendant said to me, i will get someone to serve you" and she tapped on the internal window. The owner came out and as he approached me

Fantastic customer service! We went here to resize a ring, their service was reasonably priced, efficient, and lovely people. We went back recently as the stone in my ring had started to come loose, they fixed it instantly for me. Highly recommend. :)

Excellent service, Wally is always nice to deal with. Bought my engagement wedding ring/band 10 years ago and now back for more custom made ring.

I highly recommend Wally, his customer service is outstanding! Tragically I lost my engagement ring that was purchased here during Christmas last year, only for it to turn up in the filter of my washing machine 9 months later (I am blaming my toddler) my ring and the diamond was still intact - although a little worse for wear after an estimated 180 wash cycles :) Wally has made it look brand new again ! A true demonstration of quality of product and exceptional customer service! Thank you!!!
