Dealt with Solicitor, Reta Benjamin and assistants Maria-Rosa and Kelsey in two separate matters. A sale of property and advice and preparation of Power of Attorney. Communication was very easy and efficient. Every query was answered and attended to very timely. Both matters were completed expertly and very satisfactorily. Was my matter addressed? Yes, eventually. Was it dealt with in what I'd consider a professional and courteous manner? No. Was I communicated with regularly about the progress of the issue? Only after constant chasing! Did I receive regular invoices showing me what costs were being racked up as promised? Not one! Was the final bill a complete surprise? Absolutely, especially considering it was a straightforward matter in which all the work had been done before it was brought to them. So no, I don't recommend you use this firm. Typical law 'business' - all talk, no action (until prompted), no interest in their clients whatsoever.

I can't recommend Bill and Helen high enough, the diligence and attention to detail for my case is of a standard I didn't hope to receive.Super polite and empathetic. The fee structure is fair and it would be remiss of me not to mention that they have saved me many times the amount I'm paying.The response to any query or question is almost immediate and I feel that I'm treated as if I was part of the family. Five stars is not enough to be indicative of their service.Rod
