This is an awesome gym. Very spacious, equipment is great - and plenty of it! Individual bathrooms..shower toilet and again very spacious. Excellent space to train in!

Awesome gym - They have everthing you need to get fit and healthy! Equipment is clean and the machines are smooth! I particularly appreciated the staff. Always open for questions and some motivational speech. Personal recommendation: Take a private session with James - He knows exactly how to improve form!

Awesome gym and great for beginners!!It’s my first gym and I told staff when signing up that I didn’t have a clue what I was doing in there and so they set me up with a workout routine and have helped me so much along the way. I’ve been there for 2 months now and my progress has been amazing, couldn’t recommend it more!!

The front desk staff in the morning are exactly what you want to see first thing. Super personable and amazingly friendly. The equipment is brand new and there are a massive amount of machines, so you never really wait for equipment. But overall I believe that a gym should be welcoming on entry and this is exactly what they are. Hats off to the front desk staff for making it an amazing place to ‘want’ to train

Best gym on the sunshine coast. Its clean and has enough equipment to choose from. Staff are friendly and the members are all very polite. Im really enjoying my new gym its a refreshing change

We've been members for a few months now. Staff are terrific, friendly and helpful.If you're looking for a gym I can highly recommend it.The personal trainers are great, I've had a few sessions and it's really helping with my fitness level.

Decent gym with nice equipment.Parking can be an issue at peak times, as it does get busy.
