I wouldn't trust this guy to pull weeds yet alone build anything. The garden wall he built for my parents is shocking. They have to keep repairing it every time it rains as rocks fall off. My three year old son can build better structures with mud. When I found out how much he charged them my heart almost stopped. This guy seems to target elderly vulnerable people, so beware.
