Fiona the pharmacist was unprofessional and rude and i will never visit this pharmacy again. I will be making a official complaint as my 3 year old son needed help and Fiona told me the medication was not allowed for 3 year olds. I explained the situation to her but she still didnt want to sell it to me and gave me a hard time. He has been on the medication for over a year as we are on the waiting list for childrens hospital for surgery.What is a mother under stress supposed to do?I left the pharmacy in tears.

Have been going to Yirrigan Drive Chemist for about 20 years and have received exemplary service at every visit. Pharmacists and assistants are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and caring. I highly recommend them.

Don't bother go here when there are so many other pharmacies around. I cannot believe how rude the staffs here were to us. Never ever come back here again

This is a small and quaint pharmacy ideally located right next door to a doctors surgery, a dentist, oh and let's not forget the beautician for all you scripts, potions and lotions. Open till late and on Sundays makes it very popular. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There are a range of medical equipment for hire for reasonable prices like walking sticks and frames, and breast pumps, ventilators etc. Full of all the usual things you can find in a pharmacy it also sold greeting cards last time I was there, which was not to long ago as well as a reasonable assortment of gifts and the old favourites... Lollies. Beware at its busiest there can be a bit of a wait especially for scripts as they only have a small amount of staff, I have only seen two at a time.

I went to collect western union and the lady said to me they only receive yet the sign says send AND Receive.. western union needs to address this as It was very inconvenient!!

Terrible service especially by an older Asian lady. When asked for help she just dismissed us and walked away, saying I won't do it". If I could I would rate 0 stars I would. Never going there again"

My wife ask the pharmacist to certify her nursing registration documents with the correct wording; she refused saying This is what we always do. My wife asked again politely for the documents to be certified in the correct manner. The pharmacist became rude

This place is dirty and poorly run I went in for a covid jab a feel like I need a tetnus shot very unprofessional
