Got the perfect haircut and blow dry today from Talia! (I hope I spelt her name right). The cut and styling boosted my confidence and I received compliments as soon as i left the salon. Really happy with my hair!

I had a 1pm appt and was first told that there was a 20min delay. I come back and for some reason they thought that putting the cloak on me would mean that I’d be happy to longer. Well I did and finally after another 20 minutes the manager asks if I’m ok. No I’m not. To have zero respect for my time was arrogant. I understand that you are busy but I made the appt well in advance. And guess what, I’m busy too. If you can’t handle that many people stop over booking. The only response was that “ is it ok” because I said I’d leave. Although she said she’d start on me I knew that it would mean they would fluff about and I’d be waiting even longer. I won’t be going back. I have been a number of times and have always thought of trying someone new and now I will. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement

I have come here a couple of times and have been happy with my experience.however yesterday, i came in just wanting curls in my hair. I was quoted $88 as it apparently includes with the shampoo and blowdry which i didn’t even get. I was hesitant and felt uncomfortable as the “manager” kept looking at me and they were talking about me at the counter. I just think curls should be a separate option and shouldn’t be as much as $88.To say i was disappointed was the least.my hair was not what i wanted but i just wanted to pay and get out of there.i felt awkward and uncomfortable and unfortunately won’t be coming back.

I came back here because 3y ago I had a treatment done and it was absolutely beautiful afterwards, it made me feel so beautiful. This time a similar experience, in that they were very patient and kind with my circumstances. I went to work with soft hair, a really gorgeous beauty kit and will likely return and recommend in future. Girls are sweet and understanding and working such long hours but still so kind. Before one of my parents died she had her hair straightened really nicely I remember. So this experience was extra meaningful for me. Keep up the great work ❤️

The ladies at this facility are fantastic!! They are so professional and always know what they are doing. Bianca always know what the best is for my hair and keeps it healthy even though I constantly dye it. I will only ever come to THIS salon because of the workers and the environment! LOVE THIS PLACE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
