love their clothes so much but they really need to expand their store it’s way too small especially the change rooms!!! they’ve definitely grown with customers so i think they really need a larger space and a real line up for change rooms.

Two change rooms in the entire store is ridiculous. The staff were excellent and I hate that they have to wear customers frustrations because of decisions that were made at a higher level. Who ever designed the story make a huge error in judgement by only putting in two change rooms and one pay point. Do your staff a service and fix this ASAP, even a pop up tent change room would help at this point.

Went here for the first time and was met with such rude customer service, Sassy and disgusting attitudes. I'm a Store Manager for another brand and would be disgusted if the staff here worked for me. Simple reasons why your customer retention isn't high and your rating at this store is low would be customer service.The Area manager should address immediately and give them a reality check. Don't be rude to paying customers. I never did anything to deserve the treatment I got and unfortunately it was the majority of the staff who had the same attitude. Maybe it's the management fault as yourstaff are only as good as the person in charge. I hope this is a wake up call.

Very disappointed after my first and last experience with this store. We were gifted two children’s hats for Christmas that were unfortunately the wrong size. I returned with them in perfect condition and was informed because the tags were removed I wasn’t able to exchange them for a larger size. I’d imagine this would be a very common issue after Christmas gifting and think they really should revise their exchange policy. I definitely won’t be returning and now have two hats unable to be used.

Strange experience yesterday at Ghana’s at Chermside. Clothes great, staff lovely but 2 change rooms only so spent 15-20 mins waiting in line with my daughter to try clothes on. Once that was done then only a single cashier staffed by a very overwhelmed young girl (who was doing a great job). Took us another 15 mins in a queue to pay!Store is very badly designed; needs at least another two change rooms and another 1-2 cashiers for how busy this store is.

I bought a pair of togs for my two year old niece for Christmas and needed to exchange for a larger size. I returned to the store with my receipt, tags still attached to garment and hygiene seal untouched and was surprised to be informed that it was against the store policy to accept returned togs even though it was acknowledged that they had not been worn and were in perfect condition. Apparently, I should have been told this at purchase but wasn't, and there is no signage in the shop to inform the customer of this policy. I then had the displeasure of speaking to the area Manager who was incredibly rude, and yelled at me! I have had no joy taking this further in the company, so am left with a pair of togs that are of no use to me. I will never shop at this store again. Next time I will shop across the aisle at City Beach who have a reasonable exchange policy on unworn beach wear.

Love this shop/ first went to this shop in Byron Bay !! Few years ago / Great to see it has expanded !! Pay a visit !!

Love the experience in Ghanda and usually find something each visit. 4 stars only because one of my favourite style tops broke within 3 washes, elastic/stitching pulled and holes appeared. Although all my pants have done really well!

I went into Ghanda today to buy some gifts for my brother. A lovely worker Brynna was incredibly friendly and helpful! Really grateful for her kindness today!
