Guardian Childcare & Education Nairne

Amazing staff, supportive environment, very welcoming and professional right from the get go. It is really awesome to see leadership staff supporting their colleagues & looking after their Educators well-being. When Educators feel like they are appreciated & when their well-being is being supported too, they can look after the children with lease and confidence. This helps with supervision and care for the children & helps their needs to be met. Thank you Carolyn and team. X

I toured Guardian Nairne for the first time and from the moment I arrived I was blown away. Both the Management and Educators answered all my questions and showed a high level of kindness, respect and knowledge. As we walked through the centre I was informed of all the existing and future plans for the centre and how each of my children’s days will look when they open their doors. I am so glad to have found such a caring and supportive environment for myself and children to be apart of.

Even though the centre hasn't open officially yet, we were invited to a tour before our Daughter starts. The place looks beautiful. Nice, bright and very welcoming. The educators were full of knowledge and told us their plans for the children once open. They even had their cook, whip something up for us whilst there just so we could get a mini sample of their delicious menu. Our daughter fell in love with the place straight away and has been talking about it ever since to friends and family members. My minds a rest knowing my daughter will be attending childcare at a place where the safety of her and the staff will be paramount.

My current day care centre has a nice and genuine manager, all ladies are great. They make a point helping me with my twins/runners and the car. Twins are well looked after. Only problem is they are a drive away.So after speaking in person with the manager at Guardian in Nairne she made a big point of not providing help with the twins and I felt offended by her attitude and tone. She said she was off to speak to an educator who was upset.Such a disappointment and I'll be sticking to my existing service provider for quality day care.
