Lucy is very knowledgeable and friendly, she talked me through the specifics of the treatment and of my skin type.The massage was the best one I had in a long time, so relaxing, I walked out after as if I had a 2 weeks vacation.The hydration treatment left my skin fresh and plump and the results were visible immediately.Loved it, can recommend it to everyone and will be back!

The procedure treatment itself is extremely relaxing, the creams Lucy used smells fantastic, pretty rich in texture however not greasy. Absolutely love it! During the treatment I got all the information what, why, what to expect.Lucy is fantastic person: polite, knowledgeable, carrying, with great sense of humor always smiling and willing to walk an extra mile. Had a fantastic deep plastic massage with Lucy - she gives such a deep and firm massage all over the chest, neck, shoulders and face. She explained all the products and steps and was very informative. It was such a comforting experience and I saw a huge difference in my face straight after the facial massage! My jawline was instantly more defined and I was less puffy all round. Would highly recommend! And the location is great - right near Westfield Pitt St Mall.

Deep plastic facial massageI have had my course of deep plastic facial massage. The result is very well seen- the jaw line is better defined, the face does not look swollen.I have an issue with the tensed muddles on my face which affects the overall appearance. Lucy managed to release the tension in my jaw muscles which had immediate effect on the way my face look.The overall skin condition improved, it looks brighter, tighter and firm. Not to mention that the massage itself is extremely relaxing and Lucy’s technic is very gentle but efficient. I did not have a second of discomfort. Everything was nice and gentle, I will definitely come back.I am extremely satisfied with the result and highly recommended it.
