5 Stars all round for a well deserved community service. The staff are wonderful, always helpful and smiling. The manager is very approachable, kind and caring. The doctors are very understanding, especially Dr Pritti. I won't be taking my business elsewhere as I am very happy here and you will be too.

We attended this practice to get a blood test for our 4 month old daughter, the service we received was amazing. We cannot thank Kerrie enough for ensuring we were looked after, Sabrina for doing an amazing job doing the test and Crystal for her assistance in helping to keep our little ones arm still. What could have been a traumatic experience for all of us was completed with ease and the collection was successful. We have attended this practice again a few times since & the care we have received is amazing and I cannot thank Dr Pritti, the nurses and staff enough for ensuring she is well cared for.We came to this practice after bad experiences with another and do not regret our decision at all.Thank you all so much!

Worst GP practice I have been to. Dr gives prescription 4 times wrong for the same medicine. This is purely playing with life of a patient. They are bulk billing means no excess. But they cost you more in time and unorganised system.I got a phone consultation to get my prescription. I told clearly what I want( they can hear from the conversation if they have recording). I was sent script on phone. I went to Chemistwarehouse to buy medicine. They pointed out that diabex is not xr and 500mg. I came back and called the practice about this mistake. The guy at reception said he will pass my message to doctor and I will get new script. No message or call. I fixed a face2face appointment next day. They asked me whether I have any cold or flu symptoms. I said no. Went there before time, waited there for my appointment. At he time of appointment, in stead of dr, I was pulled out by practice manager out side the practice. She asked do you have Covid, I said no more because I was isolating from 7 days and had no symptoms at all. She said it’s there policy to come to clinic with a negative PCR. Any way I told her I need prescription for diabex xr-1000mgx2. Dr sent prescription without seeing me. Went to chemist warehouse again. This time it was 1000mg but not XR. What a joke. The girl at chemist ware house called to correct it. I waited there for more than hour. Called again.reception said doctor is busy. Anyway thanks to that chemist ware house lady, I finally got script. Guess what. Again it’s for one tablet a day not 2.This is purely a disrespect to a client. Not going to this practice again and do not recommend at all.

I am writing this review to give feedback about the lack of service from receptionist staff at this clinic. I have 3 incidents to give feedback on:1. I booked into this clinic to receive my 1st Pfizer dose. When I arrived at my appointment, the receptionist barely answered with more than one word and wasn’t bothered to look up as she was packing her belongings for shift handover. I informed her I was there for my first vaccination and she told me to sit and wait which I was happy to do. When the nurse called me, she asked me for the COVID vaccination consent form. I had not received one and therefore had to ask for a form and spend another 10 minutes filling in the form past my appointment time. Before the managers can say their receptionists are doing a great job during peak time, let me just say this was the middle of the day in December and I was one of only 3 patients waiting.2. My parents booked in for their Pfizer dose. Luckily, my mum called to confirm the appointment as she had not received a reminder despite her confirming the booking over the phone when initially booking. When she called to confirm, the receptionist told her there was no existing booking under her name. My mum then had to make another booking at a different time and coordinate this around both my parents work.3. You would think incident 2 would be a one off but no, today my husband left work early to attend his booking at the clinic for his booster shot. He had called and made this appointment in January and had written down the confirmed appointment date and time. When he went to the clinic today, same situation - receptionists claimed that no booking existed and the nurse didn’t work today.I can see the managers leaving feedback to reviews about ‘finding patients on their database’. Instead of wasting their time doing this, they should take the feedback on and inform their reception staff to have basic manners and do the very most basic task of their job which is following through with making appointments. I have sat in the waiting room twice (for my shots) and both times, the young girls at reception make loud personal calls, have no polite etiquette, act as if you are disturbing them when you arrive and also have no clue about what is going on. If you ask them a question on the phone, you are put on hold 4-5 times. Luckily my husband was able to secure an appointment at Forest Lake Doctors near the post office. I’m sure their service is much more reliable.

Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr Priti is amazing with my 2 year old son who has a severe and debilitating skin condition. She is very thorough which gives me great peace of mind.

I found, Dr. Chetan Bhanot at Grand Medical Centre through a highly trusted word of mouth source at a social event, which in my opinion is the best way to find an excellent GP.He is an absolute master at his craft, when it comes to General Practitioners. To me, it feels like he not only looks at the symptoms of my physical illness but also focuses on and discuss my psychological and social aspects of wellbeing. I like this holistic approach towards my health.May I also add that this medical centre is really terrific when it comes to looking after their patients' needs and this can only be a testament to Dr. Chetan Bhanot's perfection to details. They have a wonderful team of skilled, dedicated and friendly doctors and staff who go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. So I understand the occasional delay and don't mind it because I know when it's my family's turn, we will get undivided attention.Recently my mum travelled from NSW to be with us. Dr. Prity Bhanot emphatically listened to her concerns & anxieties and thoroughly assessed her BP, High Cholesterol and spasm issues, treated with care & compassion. She recommended a new treatment plan and the results have been terrific. I was really pleased to see that Dr. Prity Bhanot was able to explain in simpler words to make my elderly mum understand why she recommended one treatment over another. She made my mum feel in control and empowered to make her own informed decisions. Her warm and friendly manners along with sense of humour always relaxes my elderly mum and my young child. Also their online booking portal is very user friendly and allows us to book appointments as per our convinience. Then it sends us reminder through text messages too.I would have no hesitation in recommending my friends, colleagues and family to visit Grand Medical Centre. Thanks for your good work.

I had an appointment at 4:10pm and did not get seen until 4:40pm. This apparently happens regularly enough that they put a notice asking patients to be okay with waiting between 30-45 min. When asked why they couldn't send a notification to patients of they were running late prior to a patient turning up, it was explained that it was difficult to do Ie they operate under staffed.I do not recommend this clinic as they clearly don't value their patients time, even when we are the ones that need to take time off work to attend an appointment.

I've been a patient at this medical centre since 2014. Dr Chetan and Dr Priti are caring, professional and respectful doctors. Both are very welcoming and attentive to all concerns. I have no hesitation in referring friends and family to this practice.

Had a very bad experience with this place .Day before Yesterday my daughter she is just 22 months old got injured she was bleeding badly and my wife took her to this place around 2:30 pm yesterday where receptionist was so rude and couldn't understand situation and told my wife that doctor is busy ,either u wait or go to another medical centre. This is total lack of care. If they were busy they would have guided my wife to stay calm and would have advise her to call ambulance or they would have called ambulance as a duty care. But Dr. was so rude that he didn't came out and checked my daughter's injury. They are just a business centre making money. They have no such thing as a duty of care. I will take this further now.

I found Grand Medical Centre very helpful and supportive. As my husband and I have multiple medical problems they were very patient with us. The receptionis (the old blond one as one person referred to her)was absolutely fantastic. She got us in as soon as she could for our covid shots and explained the hole prosses as we went through the whole ordeal. I would go to that medical centre rather than anywhere else.
