Called this business to request a replacement side gate to be installed and separate pool gate to be realigned.I was informed by this gentleman that hes not interested in quotes as hes paid to work. Anything (jobs) under 1k isnt worth his time.The funny thing is I own multiple properties and require a handyman on the books. However his attitude and lack of professionalism resembles an untrustworthy labourer. As an investor you need to be able to trust your contracted handymen.Recommend all property investors Stay Clear" ."
