Phil from Carpet Court is one of most professional, reliable and knowledgeable people in the flooring industry. Not only have I used him for rugs, carpet but also vinyl flooring. All of the options he has provided have proved to be of the quality he assured.

We decided to buy from Carpet Court Jindalee because of the positive Google reviews. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Phil was excellent at recommending the right product, spot on for estimating the amount of vinyl planks needed and demonstrated patience waiting on body corporate approval. Jake, the installer did an absolutely amazing job replacing carpet with vinyl planks (and underlay) that completely transformed our place. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in the finished product. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic service from diccon and the team. Very knowledgeable on carpets and made the whole process of choosing my carpet very easy.

Was looking for some underlay for a small repair and to my surprise the manager generously gave me some free samples. Highly recommended just for the good service.

Total disappointment, unprofessional and poor customer service. Sad to give negative review. Had a terrible experience with Jindalee store not sure about the other stores though.Booked 4 days ahead to show the property where current sellers resides and waited for 45min for the guy from carpet court and nobody came. They called after 50min and asked for re-booking because they were busy with big business deals and when I said I am not interested re-book they just hung up the phone without further discussion. Seems they are not for the customers who are trying to update private home.

Diccon at Carpet Court Jindalee has been very helpful right from the start and he has very good product knowledge. The new oak hybrid flooring in all of our living areas and internal stairs looks great and we also replaced all our venetian blinds through Carpet Court Jindalee. It was a very big job, the installers have been great and we are very happy with the whole process. Diccon visited our home to quote and he also came to our home a couple of times checking the progress which was good to see. Can definitely recommend Diccon and his team.

Excellent for carpet but would not recommend for floating floors.We engaged Carpet Court to supply and install the carpet and flooring in our brand new build home.First the good:The carpet we chose is high quality and we are off the opinion that it has been value for money, The trades who came out to install did a very neat job, especially with the stairs (pictured) which were fiddly. The trades were also respectful of our space and very polite, and cleaned up after themselves.The bad:Bearing in mind this is a new build, during the building process we confirmed between us, the builder and Carpet Court whether or not the builder shoulder leave the skirting boards off (and finish after the build was done) or put the skirting on and leave a gap for the floors to fit under. We confirmed how much of a gap was required. We also asked to have flat trim around the edges in lieu of the quad mould scotia, which neither husband or I like. We did not want to have the decorative skirting boards covered with scotia.This was all agreed to and was put in the sales order as trims". On the day of installation

Just had our carpet installed, and it's looks great! Everything worked like clockwork; from the service in the store, the measure and quote to the actual installation. They were all done with professionalism and on time. Thanks to Gavin and his expert team.

Very impressed with the service from Carpet Court. We had received multiple quotes and ended up purchasing through them because they were able to book us in quickly and had great quality carpets. They had excellent communications throughout the process.The final product looks and feels amazing.
