Only good thing- good levels of stock. Apart from that, I would call the prices above average (quality is not that different from cheap stores) and I wasn't happy at all with the service any of the times I've tried to give them a go. I'll stick to Spotlight for balloons and cheap shops for my other party needs.

Customer service here is non-existent. Visited this store to enquire about jukebox hire as it is advertised in big writing on the outside of the building. Despite this, party time don't do jukebox hire, and we were told by the extremely rude young woman working there that just because it's on the sign
