Not Happy took my ipone 5s to be fixed & this guy took it apart & never put all the parts back. There is actually 3 parts stuck on the back of my phone with sticky tape. Sold me a ipone 4 with 8gbs never told me how much gbs the phone had of did he give me a recipt. Went back for a refund oh yeah he doesn'nt give refunds if the phone is working. !st time going to this guy & THE LAST.

Unreliable and poor communication! I paid a deposit of $170 for a Google Pixel 2 screen replacement on February 7 2018 after being told there would be a 12-16 day wait.I received no update from Sandor for over a month.On March 12 I called and asked for an update. He needed to check his system and told me he would message me. I received a text with a screenshot of a tracking system. I questioned this and was told the parcel would soon be arriving.I waited almost another 2 weeks with no update.On the 24th March I called Sandor. He told me the parcel was still in transit and that he could do nothing. It was all out of his control. There was no apology for the vast difference in time quoted and how long I had actually waited. There was no offer to do anything in regards to a discount in compensation. I was very honest and told him that I was not happy and would be leaving a negative review. Over a 6 minute phone call he took zero accountability for the delay.He even admitted to ordering from a supplier on a website with thousand of sellers. It's not a stretch to assume he is buying non genuine parts from Alibaba or a similar cheap Chinese site and then charging inflated prices.It is his responsibility to order from reliable sources. He should not tell customers there will be a wait of ~2 weeks and then make them wait almost 2 months.After my phone call he also sent 3 messages that I have attached to this review which further prove this business takes no accountability for their poor level of service and tries to put the blame back on the customer when things don't go his way.I have chosen to forfeit my deposit rather than get the work completed by this business.

Not happy with the service at all. Took iPad mini 3 in for glass to be replaced. Was charged $110 and glass was replaced and not button. Once I picked up the iPad and got it home and charged it up I noticed that the button was a bit funny to touch. It then produced a line up the middle of the iPad when pressed which it had never done before. I was told (by someone else) that the screen and button should have been replaced together. I phoned BP Mobile Phones and explained this as I wanted it covered under warranty and replaced the way it should have been and was told to bring it in and he would check. I was then charged $50 and made to wait a week for him to replace the button only.The iPad was off when picked up and once charged and turned on the line was completely up the centre of the screen and the button very touchy. Every time it was pressed it made the line larger. I decided to take it elsewhere to get it fixed once and for all properly. The LCD, glass and button were all replaced for me for a cheaper price and I found out just what a terrible job he did. There was a screw left in the back of my iPad just floating around, my metal back plate is completely MISSING, and there was sticky tape holding the button in place ... just your basic cheap sticky tape nothing fancy.I emailed BP Mobile Phones and told them of this only to be told I would not be compensated for anything. I am disgusted in the service and quality of work carried out. I'm a single mum and not rich by any means. This was just ridiculous. You can't leave reviews on the Facebook page and after reading the other reviews here I now know why! I do not recommend taking your phone or tablet to this store as you will end up with parts missing and charged more each time you take it back when it's not fixed the first time.

horrible screen. under quoted me by 30 dollars and the screen is junk. when i questioned him he said some are good some are bad. he offers to remove the screen but he destroyed my old one. he was rude if i wasn't leaving to go away i would have just made him take it out but i had no choice. steer clear at all cost

If u could give a zero star i would. The worst job ever! Screen pops out, screens bought cheap from china. Dodgy job! Phone gliched and sensory on screen was really really bad after having fixed. Took back for refund and he refused to give money back and told me to come back the following day with no assurance that i would get my money back!!! Do not go to BP Mobiles!

DODGY!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy... took my phone to get a charging port which they were able to fix, however the mic stopped working. He swapped out the charging port another 2 times failing to resolve the mic issue, he told me sometimes parts come they faulty he had no more parts.at least you can charge your phone now" .I had to argue with him to then have to return an hour later after he had gone to collect more parts. The mic is working now it charges now my screen just doesn't sit on the frame properly!! this chap slapped a dollop of glue on it "just be very gentle"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!"

Have never experienced worse customer service. Called to enquire about fixing my screen on my huawei P9. He told me he doesnt have the parts and needs to order them, then abruptly hung up on me. Extremely rude 10/10 do not recommend.

BEWARE!! DISHONEST BUSINESS & 'SANDY' THE OLD MAN WORKER THERE IS A SCAMMER!!!! I took my Iphone 5s there for a quote on repairing one of the ribbon cable ports. When I returned to get his quote, he had cut the ribbon cable off my battery, rendering the phone useless!! When I enquired as to why he had done this, he responded it was faulty anyway" which

Just wants to share my experience, Last week i had my iPhone 4 fixed form these Guys. it was the best phone repair service i ever used, and my phone was ready really as quick as 20 minutes, Recommend to everyone...
