Carpet Call Moore Park

I had my floors removed by Carpet Call to install new flooring I purchased 6 months ago. When they ripped out the floors, they also detached my kitchen bench from the wall! There is now a 100mm gap showing which looks horrible. I have sent countless emails, visited the store a number of times, called many times with my complaint and NOTHING has been done. I even had a call from head office and after explaining the situation they agreed to get a quote from a kitchen company to come and fix the damage and they would call me back the next day. This phone call was over 2 months ago in early December and I have not heard anything back! Absolutely disgraceful that they will not take responsibility for the damage they have caused and fix it. Next stop Fair Trading!

Best experience ever.We got a very good deal for the carpet replacement with them and on top of that the entire process went very smooth.We booked for one day and I had to change the work. They were very helpful and accommodated the requested without any issues.I paid the exact amount I was quoted.The installer that came to do the work was very kind, helpful and careful with everything. He even removed his shoes to walk on the new carpet. Super happy with Sabah.I would really recommend Carpetcall to anyone who wants a great product with a good price.

I just bought a carpet from MoorePark and though I've had it only for a day, I was impressed by the quality of the product and, of the service. Their staff, particularly Omran, were most helpful with patience and advice.I highly recommend the store.

Never pay an upfront deposit with this company. We were quoted for carpet in store. The sales guy assessed the floor space in my new house based on a video I showed. He assured me he closely enough could estimate the size of carpet required. Then on this basis we made a deposit of $6k to secure the carpet. When I had access to the house I was told it will cost double the initial quote. Also, there was not enough carpet in stock to satisfy this request. I was told that even though the company could not supply the carpet they would not issue a refund for change of mind. We did not change our mind - the quote doubled and the carpet was not even available. It has now been months and months and have not been given a refund. Nor can I get any answers from the company when I call the store. I am going to have to go to Fair Trading to try to get my refund as I’m entitled to under the Consumer Law. I would not recommend this company or store.

Do not recommend. The carpet was good quality and installed well. However, we were promised off cuts being left and the mess cleaned up. We to our apartment after moving interstate and found carpet fibres left everywhere and no offcuts. After I called to get this resolved after speaking to 3 different people there was no accountability or a call back. Extremely disappointed based on the promises made.

Dealt with Raj, from this carpet retailer- had a informative and pleasant discussion as to carpet or me new house and Raj presented a fair price for my home.This a must see carpet retailer. Ask for Raj
