Pacific Towers Beach Resort

We stayed on level 14 and the views were breathtaking. The apartments were clean and spacious. The pool is a favourite of ours, long and spacious and comes with a bonus heated section.Management were very friendly - even going to the trouble of giving my daughter a zooper dooper icy pole when she was upset one afternoon.

Stayed in room 1701 ( Penthouse)!Absolutely mind blown.Amazing view, huge space and perfect location. Fantastic for groups/ families. Highly recommend.10/10!

It was the most disappointing place I have ever been in with my family for a Christmas holiday. Michael and Linda (the hotel managers) were borderline rude and you could not talk to them without getting attitude. They were not likeable and picked a fight with anyone who would come into reception. The rooms on the other hand were discusting and had mould all over the apartment. There was mould all over yhe curtain covers and we couldn't use the microwave because it was mouldy. 0/5 stars for my review.

Never ever go to this place! Disgusting apartment, unhygienic resort and Michael and Linda (management) are so rude and disrespectful!After getting a confirmation call from Michael, confirming our apartment was still available the week before, we drove up 6 hours for him to say that our room was cancelled. After we tried to ask him where the problem came from Michael and Linda were being very rude and defensive saying it's not their fault even when it was. He told us that he could offer us another apartment for only one night when we booked for 7 with only 4 beds but we booked and fully paid for 6 beds!We proceeded to unpack our things only for him to come to us and kick us out of that room. We had to pack up our things and He took us to another room and demanded us to stay there even though it wasn't what we paid for. The room was only 4 beds, it was absolutely disgusting, bed sheets are not washed and smelt so bad! When we lifted them we saw food crumbs and bed bugs yuck!! broken curtains with mould on it, mould in microwave, plates and cups were disgusting and not washed, broken lights, dirty shower, bins in the room still full of rubbish and room we paid for comes with wifi and this certainly didn't, even after I went down to reception everyday and asked for it and they said they will look into it and got nothing! not to mention the pool was full of leaves, insects and sand. Michael even used to watch the pool that had my family with little under age children!Super unhygienic and never even listens to our requests for anything. Balcony railings are super low and really dangerous too!

One of the worst holiday resorts I've ever been to. We drove 6 hours only to find out our reservation was cancelled by management. Management (Michael and Linda) were very rude from our initial introduction. Michael lied to us about our reservation (and didn't own up to his mistake) and the staff were not welcoming at all. Also watch your kids around Michael because he seems suspicious and always perves around the pool area. The room was filthy. Unclean doona covers and bed sheets. Not enough beds for all our family members even though we were paying top dollar. The staff were very racist and demeaning if you did not look a certain way and were not a local. Beware of this place. Stay away at all costs.

As soon as we got into and out of the resort my family and I were treated with poor management and service. The apartments were over-priced and dirty with mould in the microwave ,on the curtain, sheets and an unclean bed sheets and floor. They even said that there would be free WiFi and reception which there was not any. The rooms and corridors also had awful smells. The outdoor activity such as the pool would been really dirty and had leaves, bugs and was not clean with no cover over the pool overnight. also everyday one of the management people were watching and perv over on the balcony every-time our family would go out for an activity out on the apartment.

Stayed here in October 2022, I was not happy with this place at all.At the time I stayed they were renovating the place, painters knocked on our door as we were leaving our apartment and asked us to keep it open, they put a door stop down and our room was right open with all our belongs in it for anyone to enter as we were gone. We still payed full price for our stay even with the inconveniences, I wish we would have been informed that the painters would be coming and leaving our room door wide open. On top of that management is just extremely unfriendly, I wouldn’t ever come back to stay.

Previous stays at this establishment were of 5 star level. However our last stay in March we were overcharged by $158.00 of what was quoted, this anomaly was rectifed by Linda with an apology. In an atempt to make a booking last month I was quoted by Micheal $375.00 per night which was in excess to what was quoted on the website($315.00). Given this information the booking was made on the website to take advantage of the lesser amount. When Micheal was made awhare of our booking through the website, he saw fit to reject the booking which was accomanied by a tyrade of obuse and cancelled the booking and he advised me that I was banned for life from making any future bookings, however, not all was lost, we were able to find more than adequate accomadation elsewhere. Duringmy conversation with Micheal he refusedl to listen to what I was saying and talking over the top of me. Kay Wallace

Matthew (my Husband) and myself stayed on the 12th Floor - Room 1203 . Absolutely beautiful. The room was exceptional, clean, spacious with everything you need for a great holiday. The views were amazing - we didn't want to leave.A big thank you to Michael and Linda for their welcoming reception upon our arrival and to Ken for sorting out our WIFI and Netflix issues.Do yourself a favour and book Room 1203 - you won't be disappointed.Thanks again Pacific Towers for a great holiday XX

This is one great place to stay. Very cost effective and great staff. Make sure you book sea view and apartments and wake up early to see sunrise Amazing views
