I have an alarm system that is faulty. They said they would get in touch with me. But they have not. The only reason I tried contacting them was because of the reviews on Google. Disappointed

I'm a property manager who has never dealt with this company before, but I rang Sunday evening, the night before a public holiday Monday, with a tenanted property alarm going off & no code know by either us or the Landlord. Tony helped the tenant over the phone straight away to stop the alarm & attended the next morning. I'm very grateful for his helpful & prompt service outside normal hours.
