The team were very accommodating, the rooms are very clean and up to date. My wife and kids were very happy with our stay. Comfortable beds too. It was also a nice touch to have complimentary breakfast packs included.

Nightcap at the Charles Hotel
The room itself was fine. The room was clean & had a smart tv (an under rated luxury in hotels).The bathroom was very spacious, almost unnecessarily but nonetheless amenities were great. Accessing the rooms were a bit difficult with large luggage as there are no elevators, only steps. The tvs had poor reception that disrupted our watching experience & the bar man closed almost an hour earlier prior to the actual advertised closing time.

I like how convenient it is to supermarkets and it's a short drive to the beach. Furthermore the place seems very newly renovated with spacious rooms. The soundproofing in the walls however could be improved to block out noises in the corridor. Overall good experience as staff was prompt and friendly. Will definitely recommend it to anyone for a stay.

Nightcap at the Charles Hotel
My family of 4 stayed here Fri 14/4, the room was clean, modern and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. We were a little apprehensive staying here as it was a hotel, so weren't expecting great things, but our stay was amazing. The staff were very friendly, room service fast and efficient, checking in and out was a breeze..We will definitely stay here again in the future.
