Specsavers Optometrists - Hibiscus Shoppingtown

After seeking help to fix the arm on my rimless glasses at Specsavers Kalgoorlie WA, Specsavers Carousel WA, without success, I thought I would try my luck in Darwin while I was here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Aaron with a friendly smile. When I explain the issue examines my glasses and immediately saw what the issue was. The person who claimed to have fixed my glasses at the Carousel store clearly didn't know what they were doing. They replaced the plugs, the plugs weren't the issue. Sigh. Aaron was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. He managed to fix my glasses like new while juggling phones and customers with ease. I'm more greatful than words can express. This young man is exceptional and I hope you appreciate and reward what he brings to your company. Bravo Aaron.

What an awful experience !!! Came for the third time, The optometrist just next to the counter was focused on my personal life rather than explaining about the follow up for my borderline glucoma and astigmatism. I felt like she is bit rude with brown skin.Tony and Olivia are the best optometrist in this store. I did with them for first and second time and thanks to Olivia she told me about the astigmatism, I will only come back if they are on the duty, the optometrist women with short hair is a big NO

Very good service the whole team is friendly, especially Anna I think (a girl from Estonia) provided excellent service. She has been so helpful with choosing a new frame for me. Can definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved my recent experience at Specsavers! I previously went to a higher marketed glasses store & was shocked at the out of pocket expense that i was going to have to pay. Speaking with staff & picking out some specs i was ensured i picked out the frames that suited be best! Itll be the last time i go somewhere else!Did previously go to Specsavers before this other store opened up after about three years of returning it’s great to see the same staff still working there!!Will definitely be back for my yearly glasses change :)Thanks guys!
