iGreen did a fantastic job on our recent solar install. From detailed quoting and explanations through to project managing the whole job. The install team were efficient and polite and cleaned up the whole site after they had finished. Could not recommend them more highly.

BE CAREFULL, They were very quick to make sure to get you to pay $100,- holding deposit (wich they informed me would be refunded should I not go with this company).After I decided to go with another solar installler, I informed I them, not only was this argued in a really unprofesional way, they also REFUSED to refund the $100,- deposit.All I can say the sales part was really pushy and unfair.Common iGREEN, just refund the $100, deposit so ppl dont have to leave 1 star reviews.

Recently I have installed a 6.6kW Solar with iGreen Energy, sales team (Neil) was very good in dealing with Price Negotiation and Installation Team was very good & Professional & installed without breaking a single Roof Tiles. Overall my Experience was very good and I recommend iGreen Energy.

Untrustworthy! I have called the company many times for the installation arrangement. At first, Jerry was helpful. But since last December, no matter how many times I left messages to ask somebody in charge to return my call, nobody called me back. I feel very disappointed about their service. 10/1/2022Updated - THERE'S NO FALSE COMMENT. Your installer didn't come to my property. Please show me any record that the inspection of your installer on my property. I did tell you that my roof got some problem. But I had informed Jerry that my roof was ready for installation at the beginning of Dec. He told me that he would contact the installation team and reply me. After that, no matter how many calls I rang your hotline, nobody called me back. I just saw your below response which was posted 5 days ago. Why don't you call me to settle the installation? 16/1/2022

Sid was a pleasure to deal with from the start and we are very pleased with our Solar system. We had a 13kw system installed, the system looks great on the roof and has been installed to a high standard. The app is great to use and a little addictive to watch. Overall we are very pleased and do not hesitate to recommend iGreen.

I had my system installed a couple of weeks ago and the whole process was made so easy. I was very pleased with the whole process including the installation which was completed professionality with the highest standards. Good service . Very quick and efficient . I knew what I wanted and I got it , excellent price for the 6.6 system with a 5 KW inverter . Installers did an a fantastic job . Don't have an opinion on the usage of the system because it was installed yesterday . But still I would sincerely recommend iGreen Energy .

IGreen contacted me very shortly after asking for a quote.I was offered a reasonable quote very quickly, however as soon as they found that the job required a lift to put the solar panels on the roof - which I'll pay the cost of- they quickly backed off.They looked for all excuses how they could pull out of their offer.This company is only looking for easy straight forward jobs to do, take their money and go.I feel sorry for their customer service personnel that put a considerable effort to secure the job; when their installers blew it up as soon as they felt it probably needed a little extra work than usual.This is why I feel for those customers that may have issues with the system after installation!In response to my review; IGreen said that I never got them the strata approval!I responded to that request by saying I own the whole block of 5 units therefore I am the strata ".Secondly that they need scaffolding to get the panels on my roof
