Adelaide ENT Surgery

I often have to come into FPH for specialist appointments and was shocked by some behaviour i witnessed the other day at the Adelaide ENT surgery desk. I was waiting for my appointment and saw 3 ladies at the desk 2 younger and 1 older. One of the younger ladies was assisting a patient while the other 2 were indulging in a personal conversation. A patient walked up to the desk and instead of stopping their personal conversation the older lady looked over and actively berated the other girl for not tending to the patient, despite her already being occupied, then went back to her personal conversation leaving the other girl to tend to the patient. Each time I come to the hospital for my appointments, I have seen a pattern from this older blonde lady, speaking down to her co workers frequently, perhaps this is the reason I never see the same people working there. Doctors are great though wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr MacFarlane is fantastic ent; very thorough and reassuring. The practice staff are also very kind, helpful and welcoming. Very happy with the service here.

I have been into Adelaide ENT for specialist appointments.I have found all the staff engaging and delightful to my needs, responsiveness to people waiting to be seen and shown the upmost professionalism to each other and their patients. .They even engaged in conversation about my personal life as well, which actually made me feel human/ a person as opposed to being a number - just waiting to be processed.Through this conversation, on my follow up appointments, they asked how my personal life was going - this showed that they cared.Dr Ooi and his team are fantastic

Dr Joshi is one of the most knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and kind ENT surgeons I've had the pleasure to meet.After years of sinus pain, infections so post nasal drip and not be able to breath, was lovely to have Dr Joshi run through all her findings to me and explained the lot.Then outlined everything that can be done surgically and pros and possible side effects etc.Just had time for me, not rushed, not pushy. Could not recommend enough.Was lovely to make an informed decision I felt certain about.I have now had surgery and all nurses and the anesthetist has been absolutely fabulous at Flinders Private!
