The actual massage was really good however the organisation around it was haphazard - receiving different massages (we asked for 30 minute express and were booked in for 60 minute massage) to what was requested on the phone, appointment times changing, and when the mistakes were highlighted to the staff we received no apology; we were just blamed for the mistake. Customer service leaves something to be improved.

I made an honest mistake of booking at this Echuca Endota Spa online when I was meant to book for the Hobart one. I rang up to let them know I would not be coming due to it being in Melbourne and not Hobart. I was given a rude, disrespectful and disappointed attitude across the phone from reception for simply letting them know I would not be able to come due to the mix up. I honest mistake anyone could make. So I was not impressed, when I had actually took the time to let them know when I could of just left it.

Thank you Dannie for a lovely lovely massage. I just floated out afterwards. You were very attentive to my needs. Had the Deep Recovery massage which I just love. Would highly recommend you and Endota Echuca.

I had the detox treatment and it was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was perfect. The staff were amazing. Thankyou Endota for making my birthday perfect.

Liked the service, the rooms were quite cozy. High standards of cleanliness everywhere. Went for the package including short foot care ritual, express facial and 30 min massage that was a good value for money. Before the facial I requested the lady that I was concerned about the blackheads and if she could help me out with that in the facial. However she said that wasn't included in the express facial. I was a little disappointed or else it would have been a true delight for me!Nevertheless I liked the place and service..

My first ever visit I must say I am now hooked from the moment I entered the premises I was welcomed and instantly felt relaxed.The staff were so professional and helpful Bree my therapist was amazing my shoulder pain is pretty much gone.Thank you Bree and Endota for a truly amazing experience I will be back.
