Their attention to detail, design, client management and over all delivery of the project made the whole process of building our family home very smooth and cost effective. We bought a unit built by Holder Homes off the plan. We love the place and Dean was great during the build. On initial inspection we noted a number of defects and were pressured into settling as we were promised defects were be promptly actioned. It’s now been 2 years on and these still haven’t been sorted out. Every three months or so I follow up with Daniela but get a generic response that they’ll book someone in soon but nothing eventuates.

I had Holder Homes build a set of Duplexes in Picnic Point., I had heated inground spa plunge pools with water fallsThe kitchen inside and flowing to the BBQ alfresco was to die for.Everything was done Perfect., I was able to liaise with the builders at all times.The Good thing working with Holder Homes was I could add my opinion and change things as the job was proceeding, Nothing was a ProblemI would recommend Holder Homes and I would use them againThis is my second set of duplexes done by them

I've been waiting nearly two years for my defects to be rectified with little to no contact during this time. Attention to detail on most finishes is non-existent and the trades they engage are of poor quality.

The team at Holder Homes took all the stress out of our recent duplex site! From the beginning when we were trying to understand how to maximise the space to actually handling the council, the in house architects and the entire DA process the guys managed our expectations and turned the job around so quick!!! The handover was great!

As a real estate agent we have acted on behalf of multiple clients representing their residential managements when they become investment properties. All new builds have teething problems, that’s to be expected. What’s important is support along the way. To that affect we have no outstanding items to report. Without doubt, the level of finish, unique design and presentation has resulted in these properties being leased with shorter days on the market because they were built by Holder Homes.
