Dutton Street Playground

It's good, but the slide you can wobble.

Dutton Street Playground is over 40 years old.The Playground was part of the sports oval, where they played football and cricket.Keep the children amusing they build the Playground, so they can watch the games.About 50m away from the Playground there was a toilet block and change rooms for the sports people.The toilet block was facing into the sports oval where now is Dickson Wetlands; see the Review on Dickson Wetlands.It was knocked down after the Wetlands was built, you can still see the foundation bricks in the ground, and also two light/electricity poles, it was in middle of the poles the toilet block.Dutton Street Playground was part of an Airport the first in Canberra, see the review on Dickson Shops Cowper Street.The only little downside is the Playground is at the Majura Avenue, very busy road. Do not let the children run to the road especially the little ones.By safe.
