Crocs Playcentre Ringwood

Crocs Ringwood is such a fun play centre to visit or have your kids party at . I have been going for a few years now with my two boys ages 6 & 3 & it is our fave. Such a great variety of adventures for all kids ages . The stair climbing up to the slides definitely wears them out! Staff are so lovely & friendly, Fabi couldn’t help us enough today. There’s also a Muffin Break to treat yourself whilst you’re there !

My favourite play centre. We frequent here regularly on weekday mornings when it's not too busy with an almost 3 year old and 1 year old. They both have a fun time playing in the baby/toddler area and then on the big playground. The main playground is bright (unlike some that are really dark) and it's easy for parents to get up and go down the slides with the kids. There's lots of slide options and two jumping castles. Food is reasonably priced and of a good standard. The centre is generally very clean as well. We've been on a weekend and it was way too busy for us, but weekday mornings are great with little ones.

Had our daughters 4th Birthday party here today in the Princess room. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The kids had an absolute ball. Will definitely be having more Birthday parties here. Thankyou to all the staff for a wonderful day

Kids loved the trikes. All the ball popper shooter machines worked. Fairly clean and spacious. The parent room could use better ventilation and a proper nappy bin to contain odours.

An amazing place to take our 3yo son to play and have fun. A wide variety of slides and jumping castle. Fabi is awesome with her welcoming smile and her freshly homemade muffins are always beyond expectations. A must try experience. Highly recommended.

I took some grand kids there on Saturday afternoon. The playground equipment is great and kept everyone entertained , however being after lunch there were food scraps all over the floor still at 3 pm.The mess being quite understandable with the large number of young children. What bothered me was staff, and the were plenty, just standing around chatting and marking time when clean as you go"

First time been to this play centre for a birthday party. The play area is nice and kids enjoyed a lot. But the cutlery provided for the party was not clean. We saw some hair strands in almost all the cups that were provided and some of the plates were not clean as well. We had to wipe them again with tissues. The food was tasty especially the potato wedges and the coffee provided was also good.

I recently visited Croc's Play Centre with my children and overall, it was a great experience. The play centre offers excellent facilities for kids, making it an ideal place for them to have fun and burn off some energy. The play equipment was diverse and well-maintained, providing a safe environment for children of all ages to play and explore.The menu had a selection of kid-friendly options, including healthy choices and treats. The food quality was what you'd expect from such a place, and the prices were reasonable. It was convenient to have a place where we could grab a bite to eat while the kids continued to enjoy themselves.However, the only drawback that prevented me from giving Croc's Play Centre a five-star rating was the lack of friendly hospitality service.Unfortunately, I noticed that most of the staff members, who appeared to be young, seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. This lack of attention and engagement was very obvious as a first time guest there.Excellent customer service can truly enhance the overall experience, especially in a family-oriented establishment like Croc's Play Centre. A warm and welcoming atmosphere is crucial to making parents and children feel comfortable and valued. It is my hope that the management addresses this issue and provides proper training to their staff to ensure a more customer-focused approach in the future.Despite this one shortcoming, Croc's Play Centre remains a fantastic place for kids to have a blast. With its top-notch facilities and enjoyable food options, it's definitely worth a visit.

By far, the best play centre in the east if not all of Melbourne! The amenities are clean, the playground is absolutely amazing and the staff are the loveliest humans you could ever meet. The owner/manager is honestly such a delight! We are customers for life. ☺️

My son loves it here. He is obsessed with the trikes.The place is always clean that I’ve seen and I love the fact that there is room for the pram. Added bonus that the coffee is much better than any other play centre I’ve been too. Means not only my son is having fun but I can take a seat have a coffee and enjoy the fact that he’s burning energy while I’m trying to recoup some.Staff have always been friendly.Parking is always available and undercover which I love.Only giving 4 stars because I’m a firm believer that no where is always perfect but definitely always been happy when we’ve spent time here.
