Staff were very helpful. Had major surgery 3 weeks before I visited & with room full of people didn't feel comfortable sitting in waiting room so sat outside in fresh air. Nicky was extremely busy but found me in the garden & was so caring while I was with her having X-ray.

My visit here was excellent from start of finish. The lady at the desk was friendly and welcoming, she smiled and looked at me. She was professional and quick booking me in.I had a doppler US on my legs for PVD. I felt comfortable with the man doing the scan. He is highly qualified and experienced yet friendly. He dispelled my anxiety by having a chat. He knew exactly what he was doing and postioned me expertly.I dont know his name but he said he came from Nottingham in UK.Thank you to all.

Very happy with the service, booked by phone, was sent a reminder text before appointment. When I arrived, receptionists were friendly and efficient. They were running on time and my technician was lovely, very friendly and reassuring. I would definitely recommend South Coast Radiology at Palm Beach to others.

I recently had a scan done at South Coast Radiology at Palm Beach. The receptionist was very friendly. The radiographer was also friendly and very professional. She put me at ease and the scan went smoothly. I got in at the time of my appointment with no waiting.

South Coast Radiology has always been my go to for x rays, ultra sounds and any other types of scans. The staff are are genuinely pleasant and reassuring if you have any concerns. The waiting rooms are clean as are the scanning rooms. For me, I will wait the extra day or two, if I can, to have my appointment with them because I feel comfortable up there.

Parking as always is a problem in the Palm Beach business area though this no fault of yours. I have always found over many years that the staff are always courteous and professional in their manner and do their best to make sure patients are seen at the appropriate time and made as comfortable as possible at least for the procedures I have attended for.

Wonderful, efficient and friendly reception staff. Appointment was on time - big bonus! X-rays and ultrasounds performed by lovely staff members. My second visit and had a great experience both times.

I've been visiting SCR at Palm Beach for 8 years at a rate of 3-4 visits per year. On every occasion the staff, from Admin to Radiologists, have been thoroughly professional, courteous and friendly. I have been unable to fault their service. Well done.
